- 1. Does Frontline offer a cloud-based version of Q7?
Yes. In addition to site licensing Frontline offers Q7 on a monthly subscription plan accessible 24/7 from anywhere you have an internet connection.
- 2. What kind of computer hardware do I need?
Q7 is compatible with any Microsoft Windows based hardware with Windows 7 or newer, including the newest Windows 8 and Windows 10 platforms.
- 3. Are training and technical support included with Q7?
Yes. We include training and technical support with every sale. We strongly believe this is the key to a successful installation and wouldn't do it any other way.
- 4. What if Q7 doesn't do something I need it to do?
Q7 is highly configurable so chances are it'll do most everything you need. However, if there's something you absolutely need and it's not there we're happy to provide custom enhancements for a nominal fee.
- 5. How long will it take to get up and running?
Q7 can be installed in under an hour assuming no existing hardware or network issues exist. Allocate between 4 to 8 hours of training time per employee. Setup and implementation time varies depending on the size of your organization. Ask Frontline for more details.
- 6. Is Q7 a mixture of various programs?
No. Unlike a lot of other trucking software, Q7 is a cohesive program built from the ground up. All windows and interfaces in Q7 have the same look and feel. Once a user knows how to use one part of the program they can quickly adapt to any other area.
